Paul Lewis is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto as well as the Footsteps School of Reflexology. He has presented workshops and taught fitness classes in Canada, the USA, and Japan. His training in Aikido (Japanese martial arts) has enabled him to include advanced biomechanics into his classes so that participants learn how to practice the techniques of massage with ease and grace and without strain on the body. His clinical experience includes Breast Massage -management of general breast discomfort as well as post-surgical management of implants, lumpectomy and mastectomy, Ambulatory Care clinics, Senior care, and Women's College Hospital where the focus was on High Risk Pregnancy and Post-Partum.
