Shipping Policies

Excludes Stationary or Electric Tables, Epsom Salts, Dealers and U.S and international orders. Questions? Know Your Body Best ships via Canpar. Canpar requires a signature upon delivery of your product. If you cannot be available to sign for your order, please add details in the comment area of the order. Shipping costs are measured by the weight of your order and distance. International shipments are sent by mail unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply.

 

Shipping Options and Charges

 

Currently, Know Your Body Best ships to all Canadian provinces and all 50 U.S. states. We ship using Canpar within Central Canada, and Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada and the continental United States. International orders are handled separately by customer service.

 

Shipping rates to all Canadian and United States locations are calculated automatically by Know Your Body Best during the checkout process. The shipping charge is determined by calculating the weight, size and destination of your order. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario Canada unless specifically stated by customer service.

 

When you place an order online with Know Your Body Best your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. If the order is cancelled for any reason, Know Your Body Best will process the credit within one business day. The time it takes for the credit to show up on your statement depends on the issuer of the card. You will be notified by email of any back orders.

 

All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.

The numbers of days listed above represents standard business days and does not take into account extraordinary events that may delay delivery.

 

All orders placed at Know Your Body Best before 12 pm eastern Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. Any order placed after 12 pm eastern will be shipping the following day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.

 

 

Return Policy

 

Know Your Body Best strives to insure that all shipments are sent to you in perfect condition. If after receiving your order a product is found to be defective, you have a maximum of 15 days after the date of the shipping to contact a customer service representative and return the item to our office.

 

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your shipping invoice, with the "returned goods authorization number" given to you by a customer service representative by phone (1-800-881-1681) written on it. If the product is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for the same product from our inventory, or for a store credit of the same value minus shipping costs.

 

Or if after receiving your order you change your mind and decide you want to return or exchange all or part of your order that's fine too. Contact a customer service representative in our office by phone (1-800-881-1681) and we will help you with your return. We can provide you with a full refund, minus the cost of shipping in the form of a Know Your Body Best store credit or a refund to your credit card.

 

All delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned will be your responsibility unless the return is due to Know Your Body Best not delivering the products you ordered, or has delivered to you products that are damaged or defective. In this case Know Your Body Best will assume the delivery charges and the risks, but reserves the right to dictate to you a delivery service of our choice to ensure that the package is insured against loss or damage. Know Your Body Best. reserves the right to refuse any return if the product(s) has(have) been (1) removed from the original packaging. (2) appears to be soiled, worn or used in any way. (3) Arrives in our office after the 15 day period has expired. (4) Arrives in our office without a product return number.

Know Your Body Best does not accept returns on any liquid products (including, but not limited to: oils, lotions, crèmes, or bath products), pillows, books, tapes, cds or dvds.

 

A handling and restocking charge of 15% may be applied.

 

Delivery cost for the return is the Customers responsibillty.
